Continuing the endless reviews, next spotlight goes to “Blanc Neige 1/8 Scale” by Kotobukiya ^^

The figure was released earlier on September 12th, 2008 and is my 2nd figure from the Shining series by Kotobukiya, with Elwing as my 1st ^^

This particular figure is also the 2nd figure of Blanc Neige that Kotobukiya ever released. The previous one was released earlier on 2007, also in September. Coincidence? lol ^^; This time, her design is based on Shining Wind. Definitely much better than her prior release which was based on Shining Tears.

Anyway, another great sculpt by Kotobukiya, athough I still prefer Elwing. Unfortunately, Elwing still wins in terms of finishing quality. A little bit disappointed with Blanc Neige, because her finished version isn’t as good as her prototype, BUT that doesn’t mean she’s not worth getting. This is just for comparison ^^; Definitely a must get if you already collected the other Shining figures.

The figure comes with her cape and wand, which you can cast off and removed. Unlike Elwing, Blanc Neige doesn’t have any cast off feature on her dress ^^;

Pantsu shots~ Keep in mind that, as previously mentioned before, Blanc Neige’s dress is not meant to be removed. So removing her dress means Damaging the figure, and I’m not gonna do that ^^; So the next 3 photos are courtesy of Akibaos and not taken by me.
