Mikatan updated her Blog with preview images of the upcoming “Nendoroid Puchi Vocaloid Race Queen Set” by Good Smile Company ^^
Unfortunately, this will be another exclusive item. As the name suggest, the set will features Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, and Megurine Luka in their Race Queen outfit and will come with a mini Racing Car, complete with decals.
2 different versions is scheduled for release; Black and White version. Depending on your purchase, you will either get the Black or White car.
The only way for you to pre-order these is through either Ure10 Online Shop or Nico Online Shop. Reservations will open on September 11th, 2009 and will run through until September 24th, 2009. The set itself is scheduled for December 2009 release at 3,000 Yen retail price.

Remember: Site sold exclusives are not that problematic. Many deputy services will get them for you.
Also, I think it’s somewhat a mistake, I mean, this comes out about the same time as the non-exclusive Nendoroid Petit set of the Vocaloids… do companies never learn the use of spacing?
