Uplark updated their Blog with a Prototype preview of their upcoming 1/8 scale figure of “Akiyama Mio” from K-ON! ^^
This time Mio is in her concert outfit for the Cultural Festival. Not much info given other than she’s scheduled for release sometime this Winter 2009 ^^;

They’re the same folks that did Kamina and the figure of Yoko with her sliding to the side a bit. I have both and the quality of them both is nice.

Ayu, Uplark its Eye UP, they have a very good figures like Kamina of gurren lagann and Yoko.

I’m a big wimp in real life, and I don’t doubt that Mio can bench more than me, but I hope that they consider adding a strap to that bass; it’s sorta difficult to believe that anybody can hold a bass using just their thumb and fingertips.
