Interesting.
The transition from flat dress to the more detailed hem is a bit sudden.
Also, is it just me, or is her body really narrow/super thin? Especially from the side.
A lot will depend on the quality of the shading for this figure.

I need to see figures when they’re painted because these prototypes are devoid of color, which is a major factor when deciding if I like the figure or not.
Hm, looking at the Shining Force Feather site it seems like she has white clothes and hair with red eyes. The colors remind me a bit of Selvaria.
Maybe her body is thin because she’s wearing one of those Victorian corsets or something? >_>
Should be an interesting figure when it’s finished – good job Kotobukiya!

Your right Guy some of those pictures make her mid section look more then just thin…Maybe their going for an over-stylized look?
Still the dress is interesting…hmmm…
