As promised, Max Factory have updated their Figma Blog with new announcements, this time featuring the upcoming “Figma Hirasawa Yui School Uniform Ver.” and “Figma Hirasawa Ui School Uniform Ver.” from K-ON! ^^
Edited: The reservations for Yui will open on January 15th, 2010 and will be on sale on January 30th, 2010. As for Ui, it’ll be on sale on During Wonder Festival 2010 Winter Febuary 7th, 2010. More details on the upcoming Wonder Festival 2010 Winter event will also be revealed this Friday, January 15th, 2010.

Hm, I wish they had given the alternate hair as an option, well, for each sister the other’s 😉
And yes, these have some grace, some gracefulness of the limbs. While I don’t care too much for them, they seem to be good quality, and they certainly blow Mobip out of the water.
Heck, Ritsu and Mio made it to a Figure Friday’s Five Not (at the bottom).
Of course, stockings help, heh.

Reservations open for Yui on the 15th and she’ll be released on the 30th. Do you think they’ll have a post Won Fes figure sale of Ui like they did for the Miku figma/fixed pvc? Not sure if they do that for all events.

And seriously, why the hell are they releasing it 15 days later? They definitely had it all ready to go at one point but perhaps a conflict of interest arouse. Perhaps Mobip had something to do with it. Those are kinda mediocre anyways.
These K-ON! figma were one helluva well kept secret if my theory is correct.
Argh. Do I succumb to wasting more money or…should I wait for a potential Mio figma?
