A preview scan featuring the upcoming 1/8 scale figure of “Queen’s Gate Kazumi” from Dead or Alive by Hobby Japan, in collaboration with Kotobukiya.
Similar to previous Dizzy release, the figure will be another Hobby Japan magazine Mail Order exclusive. The figure itself is scheduled for November 2010 release at 6,930 Yen retail price. Reservations already opened and will run through July 12th, 2010.

If they had lifted her right leg higher I could’ve thought she’s going for a kick. As is, it’s like they’re aiming both for dynamic and “ooh, I’m cute and shy” pose they often give girls.
I like her well enough as a cast-off, but not too much with her clothes, their colouration and feel are a bit disappointing.
As a regular figure? Maybe. With the costs it’d require for a limited figure? No way.

Argh, what’s with that pose? I can’t even tell what she’s really trying to do. Looks like she’s attempting to leap at me to slit my throat, but didn’t put enough strength into her legs…so now she just looks like she’s kinda flopping around.
The clothes and hair also aren’t swaying much, either. The figure’s cute but…I’ll be passing on this one.
