I think Lily is Saber herself, probably just other many forms of Saber, and Lily form in particular is made exclusively for the game ^^
I don’t remember seeing Lily in the series anyway, atleast in both Anime and the Game ^^;

Haha, I think MF is not the one to be blamed though. Most probably the game maker/publisher is the one who request(and most probably paid) MF to produce Saber Lily figma for their game, thus MF cant sold the figma(Saber Lily) separately
