Alright~ It’s been a while, but here’s the first review for the month of October. We’ll start off with “Lala Satalin Deviluke 1/8 Scale” by Good Smile Company ^^
The figure was released earlier last month on August 18th, 2008 and is my first ever figure of Lala from To Love-ru ^^
I have to say, I’m pretty impressed by the quality of the figure. This Lala figure is based on her Anime counterpart design, which is why the difference if you are expecting the manga version ^^; As usual from GSC, the paint job is just flawless.
What I really like out of the figure is probably the expression and pose, although most people would probably worried about the bending issue because of the pose ^^; So far I don’t have any bending problem with my GSC figures, so I can assure you that ^^
The figure is standing at 22cm and comes with 2 different hands in which you can switch around. You can also remove her hat, although this time there’s no Cast Off options ^^;
Although her base is a little plain, atleast they tried to counter that by adding the “To Love-ru” logo on it.
Now we’ll just have to wait for Konjiki no Yami from GSC to complete the set, as shown during Wonder Festival 2008 Summer ^^
The usual shots~!!
Close up~
More close ups~
You can also view other great review on her at Foo-Bar-Baz.
That ends my Lala review ^^ As mentioned before, my finals just ended so I have a lot of free time to catch up with my reviews.
Look forward to them~!! ( ^ _ ^ )/

Oh I didn’t know you could remove the hat (Peke). She looks better without 😛

That figure is so nice…but my god I hate that outfit. If I saw her in real life maybe I’d begin to warm up to that outfit. I like the hat though I think the hat is darn cute.

I’m waiting for GSC’s Yami-figure too. If still available I might also get Lala by the time the other figure has been released. Though Alter could still interfere with my plan by releasing their new Fate figure at the same time.. ^^”
I wonder if GSC will make a figure of Haruna too…

@Acesan
Yeah you can ^^
@Blowfish
She’s worth getting I have to say. I haven’t watched finish To Love-ru either ^^;
@Lovelyduckie
Love the hat also, since you can play it with other figures XD
@Fabian
There’s a possibility of Haruna, but probably not so soon. If they did plan a Haruna figure, they would have announced it earlier ^^
@V2
No metal support, but the legs are most likely made out of ABS. So far I don’t have any leaning problem with GSC figures ^^
@Optic
Thx ^^
