Sakura Bonanza!!

Mikatan just updated her blog with a preview of 2 upcoming amazing figures from Good Smile Company and Alter, featuring Nankyoku Sakura from Penguin Musume ^^

We already saw the unpainted version in the past, and finally the Decoration Master is completed!! ^^

The above 1/8 scale figure of “Nankyoku Sakura Gothloli Yukata Ver.” is by Good Smile Company, scheduled for April 2009 release.

Next, the above 1/8 scale figure of “Nankyoku Sakura Maid Ver.” is by Alter and is scheduled for Febuary 2009 release.

Both should be up for reservation soon ^^ If I have to choose, I will have to go with Alter this time, but both figures are good in their own way ( > _ < );

Never watched Penguin Musume but the Alter figure is soo cute.

Though isn’t it a little weird for a figure company’s blog to advertise the product of a competitor? O.o

^ No because GSC does marketing for ALTER and many other companies before they started doing figures.

I am going to get the GSC one..the cat ears and the maid outfit just aren’t my thing, although the pose of the Alter one is more interesting.
