This new 1/8 scale figure of “Black Rock Shooter” based on the illustration done by Huke, will be available this coming August 2009 by Good Smile Company for 9,800 Yen retail price. Hobby Search is taking reservations for her as of today.
A day late for Hobby Search, but better than nothing ^^;
I kind of expecting the price to be high, but didn’t expect her to be more expensive than Saber Lily. She’s standing at 29cm in height, but either way, it’s hard to resist her, yes? ( ^ _ ^ );

Actually it’s listed as exact same price as Saber Lily on both Hobbysearch and HLJ 😛

I really would kill for this, KAITO sold out a few days ago before I could buy him and I’m waiting ’till May for the Hatsune Miku Nendo restock.

There’s something I don’t understand… wouldn’t those 29cmmake it have a bigger scale than 1/8?
Whatever, now I have to think what to sacrifice in order to get it.

Preordered mine the instant that hobbysearch put it up. Luckily I’ve currently got over 7500 points with them. Looked like a good time to claim them.

@deses well, if you assume the base is about 1/4 the height of the figure, that would mean brs stands at about 21~22 cm… which at 1/8 means she would be 168~176cm irl. …really rough numbers but it seems to be about right.
