This new 1/6 scale figure of “Yoko Real Image Ver.” from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, will be available this coming September 2009 by Max Factory for 9,800 Yen retail price. Hobby Search is taking reservations for her as of today.
Been waiting for her. Most likely I’ll be getting her, although the price kinda threw me off ( ^ _ ^ );

I’m more interested in her then I thoght I would be. I’m torn over pre-ordering her or waiting to see if she stays in stock and goes on sale…

She looks better in the preview pics than the hobby convention pictures I saw. The problem I have is that from a distance, she looks sorta masculine because her long nose and cheek angle remind me of a Final Fantasy hero, but I like how the close-up photos look.
I might do the same thing, I dunno how long I can keep shelling out ~$100 for each figure.

She indeed looks good. The scale threw me off – I had initially thought it was a 1/7. The price can still hardly be justified, but this is a MF figure, and I really like it. Barring any other preorders in that period of time I should be taking this one.
