Kotobukiya updated their Blog with preview images of the upcoming 1/8 scale figure of “Misaka Mikoto Swimsuit Ver.” from the new upcoming anime To Aru Kagaku no Railgun ^^
The figure is based on the following illustration:
Unfortunately, she will be another Dengeki Daioh magazine mail order exclusive. Reservations for her already started and will run until August 26th, 2009. The figure itself is scheduled for December 2009 release at 6,300 Yen retail price.
On other news, the figure will also going to be displayed at Kotobukiya District 2nd floor in Akihabara starting August 9th, 2009.

Ok, for Umbraking’s sake.
First, I didn’t order from Goody-Japan directly yet, if you want more details, I suggest asking someone like 3D-Complex, who has.
I also suggest moving swiftly, as there are two days left, apparently.
You go to Goody-Japan, you hit up their Shopping page, read the guidelines. You give them the URL of the item you want (which is dunno). And you pay some money in advance cause the item is over 5,000 yen.
I trolled the Dengeki Magazine page, and I couldn’t find out how to order the item from there…
There is this page which lists items, and since it’s not there you need to Contact them which I would hope Goody-Japan does for you.
This is the Dengeki Magazine page for the figure, which is amazingly without a notice on how to buy it (I guess figure afficianados know, I’ll ask about), this page says the order information is in the magazine, which doesn’t make sense seeing as the magazine comes out in September, and the order deadline is in August?!
Well, good luck, hopefully Goody-Japan know how to talk to Dengeki Hobby Magazine.
