Her reservations will open on August 21st, 2009 this week.
On other news, 1/8 scale figure of “Alphard” is also planned for release ^^

She looks great from the front, when she’s looking at you. She loses a lot from the side, especially the expression.
Her body looks longer, and more graceful, in the source image. I think part of it is that she’s too much at a backward angle pose in the figure.
Also, where did the cloak come from? And I want to see the section of the figure where the cloak connects to the body.

More quality work from GSC, love seeing their work. Canaan’s face is a bit loli when compared to the anime version, but still looks good.
Have to definitely get both figures to complete the epic fight!

Maybe… Think about, if there will be an option with the calm face. Same as in anime, or on the print scene.

The cloak isn’t actually attached to her body. The face is also slightly more emotional/short than her long face. Very cool figure though, very dynamic, if you don’t mind the pin holding her up. Personally, I think she looks best when she’s “shooting at you”, so you can see her face. Alphard from the original picture is also getting released. Canaan also got a Nendoroid treatment, which is too ordinary, and looks like the clone of the Ryogi Shiki nendoroid. January 2010, 200mm, 8,318 yen. Reserve. BTW, for some reason you’ll note that the pictures of her cloak on Nekomagic are considerably a darker shade of brown than on Kumo’s blog. […]
