Next on our review we have this cool looking figure of “Suzumiya Haruhi Gekisou Ver.” from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu by Max Factory ^^
This 1/8 scale figure, standing at 21cm, was first released back in April 2009 and is the 1st to be released as part of the “Gekisou” series line up by Max Factory. Her design is based on the Cover Art for the “Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou” concert DVD.
In case you are wondering, “Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou” is not really part of the actual series, but is a LIVE Concert event for the Suzumiya Haruhi series. You can view part of the Skit below:
Another great release by Max Factory, or should I say the best one out of the Haruhi release so far. Everything about the figure is just perfect, from the quality, paint job, sculpt, and the expression.
Although the pose isn’t really that dynamic, I don’t think anyone would complained on that. The overall atmosphere of the figure is just great. Of course, my favourite part of the figure is definitely the Guitar. It’s really well made, plus with strings attached ^^
My only complaint is her Base Stand. Such an awesome figure and they could have done better with the base.
Other than that, overall it’s a must-get figure ^^

For me, it’s the best Haruhi ^^ I love Gekisou version. She is original, dynamic, and Max Factory made a beautiful work with her ^^ Thank for this share

Great figure, but not really digging her costume. I actually prefer Max Factory’s other Haruhi with the normal school uniform.

My favourite figure of Haruhi. I prefer punk-goth Mikuru more, but of Haruhi herself? The best.
I never noticed it before, but the top layer of her skirt, the one supposed to be semi-see-through is a bit too plastic-looking.

What kind of guitar is that? I want to say it’s a Gibson Les Paul, but the body is a bit different.
