Shine na Blog finally updated with a frontal preview image of the upcoming 1/8 scale figure of “Xecty Ein Uniform Ver.” from Shining Wind by Kotobukiya ^^
The figure was originally scheduled to be released this year, but they had to push it back because of some Prototype issues. Also, the Prototype completion of the upcoming 1/8 scale figure of “Clalaclan Full Armor Ver.” by Alter is at 90% and will be revealed anytime soon at the Blog.

Looks pretty nice. Especially for trenchcoat lovers (but then, where’s the katana and the mirrorshades? :D)
Of course, need to await paint, and to hope the cracks at the place her boots join her legs will disappear.

I thought the “crack” was the line on stockings…I don’t really know the character design though does she not wear stockings? Be a shame if she didn’t because that’d be an awesome ZR going on there…

I was not talking about that though, the crack where her legs join her boots, at the bottom. There’s a noticeable physical gap there, and there’s no stocking line at that part 😉

Ok thats even less of a “crack” then…It’s just the shadows playing up the upper part of the boot. You know on a real boot it doesn’t stick to you like a second skin there is a gap? Check out any better made figures by say Alter that features boots and you’ll see this same type of “crack”. >_>

This may be my first Kotobukiya pre-order in a long time, I love her uniform. The Beagle/Eye Scream one didn’t do it for me as much as this one does so far. Although in the end it all depends on the price and release date. I’m curious to see Alter’s Cla finished too, that’s another potential purchase for me.
