Uplark’s Mio Previews

Uplark updated their Blog updated with a full preview of their upcoming 1/8 scale figure of “Akiyama Mio” from K-ON! ^^

The figure is scheduled for Febuary/March 2009 release at 8,190 Yen retail price.

Love the costume and (in my opinion) this figure captures Mio’s face quite well. Though I don’t know what to expect from Uplark, never bought a figure from them so far…

i’m tempted to get her because she comes with her moe face, but the release date and price has put me off a bit >____>

Is her face a bit too long?

BTW, want to hear something funny? Her gothic-lolita style hair-ribbon? Every time I see it I think of Red Riding Hood, because that’s what grandma had in her hair, that the wolf wore when Red came.
