Accidentally stumbled upon this today ^^;
Well nobody is perfect, and I reckoned that even Seiyuu (Voice Actors/Actresses) who did Eroge have made some mistakes and stuffs during their recording, and probably more than the usual normal Anime seiyuus~XD It’s not easy…well you know why~XD Below is the bloopers from the Eroge ONI(?) during recording:

What I like about this video, is it’s not just some Fan-Made video. It’s actually really well directed, and with smooth animation~( ^ _ ^ )/
A nice rendition of “Hare Hare Yukai” dance, by replacing the usual characters with the Chibi version ^
A bit laggy, but CUTE OVERLOAD!!! \( > _ < )/
No Kyon and Itsuki though ^^;
