You probably have seen it from the Wonder Festival 2008 “Winter” coverage around the net, but in case you missed it, Max Factory have added another two entries for the Figma series.

Figma Takamachi Nanoha and Figma Fate Testarossa from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS series will get the Figma treatment ^^. Nanoha is scheduled for May 2008 release, and unfortunately, there’s still no release date yet for Fate ^^;

Hobby Search just opened the reservation for “Shana 1/7 Scale” from Shakugan no Shana series by Griffon Enterprises, and will be available for you this coming June 2008 for 6,500 Yen ^^

This is also an entry from Wonder Festival 2008 “Winter”. I like how it looks ^^

I could really feel the heat of competition between Figma and Revoltech releases ^^;

Anyway, Akiba Blog have some preview photos of the upcoming “Figma Tosaka Rin” by Max factory. The price and release date are still undecided, but it’ll probably in the 2,000 Yen range just like the others. There are also previews of the upcoming “Figma Saber Armor Ver.”, which will be released next month on April.

I have to say, I personally like the Figma version better than the Revoltech one for Rin ^^;

Sorry it took so long to post this, had some connection problem which slowed down the image upload -m( _ _ )m- and I went to watch “10,000 BC” also ^^; Good show ( > _ < )b

Anyway As promised, here it is “Al Azif 1/8 Scale” from Max Factory which arrived yesterday ^^ This figure was released in 2006, so it’s pretty difficult to get it. Luckily I spotted this just when Hobby Search finished updating the restock item page ^^; Was the last of the stock since it went “Sold Out” after I placed the order…lucky shot ^^;

This figure really do looks nice, in terms of quality and details. I personally like the hair and the ribbons. The figure already screwed to the base stand when I opened it, and it comes with a transparent brickwall, which then you insert it to the stand. Now just a question…do you considered this figure as “Loly”? :p

Here it is as promise, the review for “Figma Nagato Yuki” from Max factory which was just arrived yesterday ^^

Ordered this through Hobby Search as usual :p Saw lots of people gave positive reviews on it ever since its release, so I’ve decided to get it…and I’m totally impressed with what it can do. For an action figure, the details were great, and the mobility…hoho, it’s one to be reckoned of ^^ I’ve been playing with it since yesterday, trying different pose and stuffs, and Yuki can really kick some butt ^^

The figure comes with lots of extra goodies, which you can experiment with them and allow it to have more posing options; Extra face expression, a total of 5 different pair of hands, Hair equipped with the glasses, an extra pair of shoes, 2 different books, a “Figma” scarf and a metal chair (well, not really metal ^^; )

Anyway, the blouse and the skirt are bend-able and it can stand without any trouble even without the help of the “Figma Stand”. Only use the stand if you are going to do some fancy poses ( ^ _ ^ ) The only let down probably the joints, but overtime, you won’t really be bothered by it ^^

Decided to get both Figma Haruhi and Figma Saber ^^ Oh and in case you didn’t know, the next line up for Suzumiya Haruhi Figma Series will be Figma Kyon, which planned for May release ( ^ _ ^ )/

My “Figma Nagato Yuki” from Max Factory just arrived today ^^ As for the review, I’ll be posting it tomorrow since I’m really busy right now ^^;

All I can say is I’m totally impressed with the flexibility of the figure

During Wonder Festival 2008 “Winter”, these figures were only available for 100 figures each, but now Griffon Enterprises have decided to mass-product them ^^

These two figures of “Kanu Uncho & Ryomou Shimei DVDBOX China Dress Ver.” are planned for May release for 6,400 Yen each and Hobby Search have open the reservation for both of them ^^
